Today I went for my 3 month follow-up appt. I am now down 63lbs. I now weigh less than I did when I got married 10 1/2 years ago. I am feeling better everyday, and looking forward to a bright future full of health and MOBILITY Thanks for all who helped me get here. Your support, advice, and kind words have be priceless. I am starting to do things that 6 months ago, I never thought I would do ever again.

Awsome Sassy , It is stories like yours that gives me strength to keep going....At times when I wonder if this can really be achieved I look at what I have already done and reflect on all the success stories that I have read about and keep on moving.  Thank you for sharing.  That is a great accomplishment.  I have begun to set a couple of goals for myself that I would have never imagined...Super excited about what's ahead for me.
